1.Salary on time 2.Chairman is compassionate. 3.Best Company to join as Office Assistant/ Blue Collar Job. If you stick long enough you will be promoted to White Collar. 4.If you are lazy then this is the company to be as your work will be dumped upon some underpaid poor guy.

Cons

1.HR doesn't keep track of performance of employees. Your reporting manager does(At least you will hope so). 2.If he/she is from different ethnicity god bless even if you launch a rocket it will go unnoticed. 3.Most of them sitting at top positions were born into the company. They prefer people of their ethnicity even if you are a poor performer. 4.Politics at the cost of performance of the team

Only one best reason is Job security. In these tough times of pandemic company never asked to someone to leave.

Cons

No salary increment in last two years on the name of pandemic but there has been launch parties and other entertainment sources for managers.

Managers are promoted based on the total number of years present in the company. Most of them do not know English. Most of the communications happen in Hindi. They hold your passport illegally in the name of leadership They think a lot about giving you leave and even may ask you to reduce the day in the leave request. The scale is much less compared to the market No Work life balance
