      Pros

      Management has no idea what they are doing, so it's a great place to hide mediocre talent. They claim to be one of the best places to work in Connecticut. This survey is a complete joke.

      Pros

      It's a job, I guess that counts.

      Cons

      No training (except client enforced), body shop, no process, no career path, watch that you don't get mined on their "share" of the rate, and forget negotiating anything after initial hire.
