Pros
Everyone is super friendly and open. There isn't any drama in the shop and there are numerous projects always going on. Almost everyday is filled with different projects to do.
Cons
As the shop tech, there can be many times were there is down time and none of the managers have jobs that need done. So you will have to find projects to do around the shop.
