No, seriously. I really can't imagine how Dc Promotions could do a better job of making working there a fantastic experience. On top of the ridiculous benefits and wonderful culture, working at Dc Promotions is an opportunity to work with awesome and dedicated colleagues on a product that touches so many clients and people. You get to change the world, and have fun while doing it. What more could you ask for?

Cons

I don't know that I can think of a single bad thing about my experience at DC Promotions . It's going to be really difficult to go back to normal life

I’m excited that they are working with the sports teams now. Something I’m interested in now!!

Cons

We travel to New York for some days, so it’s a bit annoying but the company pays for it all.

Pros

I came in straight out of college, looking for growth and personal development and found exactly what I was looking for. The management program is very fast paced and focused on self development, as well as team building and leadership. The environment is very friendly and everyone is always trying to help each other grow and be better. Being surrounded by young and ambitious milenials is definitely a huge motivator.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are any cons. The program is very intense and the hours are a little longer but that's only because they are squeezing 3-5 years of corporate America into one. The hard work definitely pays off quickly.
