Pros

1.Exposure to various CMS, online shopping, etc as they focus more on PHP, 2.no one in Mobile technology 3. Date warehousing/Business Inteliggence they dont have any employee. I think they might outsource it 4. No process followed

Cons

1. Clear cut POLITICS 2. Office starts at 9 AM and they follow it very strictly, except who do boot licking the CEO 3. Low compensation ( thy take freshers for 5-6000 Rs (equvalent to 77$) 4. they cheat they they are headquartered in US california and show many offices across the world. its not true they have a development center in Anna nagar and Korattur(which is almost getting closed as they fired many innocent people and many others left) and total strength is 35 to 40. but they cheat clients as 150 to 200.

Thanks for taking the time to provide us feedback. We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience; however this does not validate everything on your review. 1. We focus on Commerce, Content & Consulting. We build responsive Commerce sites which work across browsers/devices. Since late 2014, building iOS/Android apps as a service is not a strategic focus for us and we do not have anyone on staff. On BI/DW, we have a very good Consulting team who are our full-time W2 employees in the US and have folks in the BI team who have been with us for 8+ years. 90% of the business we generate is through referrals / repeat business and our goal is to build a world class team. If you believe that some of our process was not very effective, we are open to new ideas. 2. We have a very flexible work place and open culture. 25% of our employees work from home on a need basis and we provide that as an option. We do not force anyone to come to office. I am proud that we have a great team and an excellent retention rate. 3. On the compensation part, I am sorry, this is inaccurate information. Our minimum compensation for fresh recruits from campus is way above what you have mentioned. You are welcome to talk to our fresh graduate recruits and verify their compensation if they are willing to share. (not to include the amount of time and money invested on training). 4. We are head quartered in Fremont, CA and we also have a new office in Long Beach, CA. We have our development center in Anna Nagar – Chennai and satellite office in the UK. Photos are available in Glassdoor. We work on a global onsite offshore delivery model. All our clients are well aware of this fact. 5. We are proud of our roots and our global foot-print. We have a total of 7 Full-time W2 employees in the US, 48 full-time employees in Chennai, and 10 contractors, - a total of 65 people world wide as on Oct 12, 2015. We have a very transparent process with our clients. We encourage our engineers to interact with the clients and build a relationship. We are very excited about our team and it is a delight to work with each one of them. The reason for us to embrace the Open Company initiative in Glassdoor recently and share some of the numbers in this forum is to achieve transparency in communication. We believe no company is perfect and sorry again if you had a bad experience with us. We are open to constructive criticism. However, providing accurate information will help all of us. 1. They completely show off . There will be nothing but they used to exaggerate 2. They will show off that that they fully care about employees but they actually don't 3. Full Partiality (you cannot imagine the height of it) 4. Very worst infrastructure - The coovam river goes beside the building. They have AC outdoor unit there only, which is very harmful. Since IT people are working in front of computer and breathing it is not good. Even when you consume food, you have to go to terrace, where you have to see coovam river and eat. You will smell both food and coovam. They never care about employees health, atleast a shield. 5. There will be no centralised AC simply like a home. You cannot tell that as organisation 6. They will tell that this guy is a good employee in front of everyone and will clap. On the next week, they will fire. 7. Once they had 2 offices and fired one office completely 8. Karthik CEO must interact individually with employees without their TL or HR. because, he often believe what HR and PM say. We had very well recognised at meetings that they had told some-other stories instead of the truth. 9. Firing is very casual there telling that "Wrong Hire". Why cant they screen people at the time of interview itself. It is better to fire those people who didn't screen properly. Management cannot deny any of the above points or else they can write para(s) but Guys please be strict to the Management because, you will know the true colors of them only when they fire you or when you put down the papers.

We are a community and this is our culture. Though not swanky (we do not want to be that way), we strive continuously to make our workplace clean, comfortable, and functional. We take measures to maintain the hygiene of the workplace including regular cleaning or replacing the ACs. We are also outgrowing our current space and we like this problem. Health and Safety of our employees is our first priority. We have been providing lunch for the last couple of years. We observed that employees skipped breakfast or grabbed what is convenient on the way to the office and it is because of this we went the extra mile to provide healthy, locally-sourced breakfast. Both lunch and breakfast are free. We take regular feedback on the quality of the food served and work with the caterer to rectify the same. Eating together has also improved the morale and generated camaraderie. As you have mentioned, flexible timing and work from home options help to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We conduct regular surveys to understand the pulse of our employees. One-on-One meetings with our employees help us to understand and address employee concerns. Post our face to face discussion/interview in our office, we also send a feedback form to candidates visiting us, to understand their experience and it helps to improve our process. DCKAP policies are very employee-friendly. Employee referrals have proven to be the best source of new hires. Our selection process is transparent. We invest a lot of time to ensure that we make the right hiring decision. We are also grateful that the candidate is considering DCKAP and willing to invest his/her time and effort with us. Pros

Company middle class developers are very helping nature. Also environment and timing flexibility is suitable. Work from home option is available

Cons

There is not enough live project available. Lack of career growth. Learning opportunity has very less. Salary is not good for junior level developer. Only few developers is there those have knowledge, others are just doing copy paste. Before going dckap just twice, and always look for other options
