Pros

Best pro anyone out there will have is to steer clear of this company. Owners don't trust, micromanage, make all decisions for you. One owner claims to be the smartest man in the industry but yet he owns and operates a system that is over 30 days old. When asked about FIFO, he thought it was the great giant talking. Ridiculous.

Cons

Owners won't work with you, IT thinks they have the best system in the world and they don't think modernizing is important, middle management is a bi-product of very poor leadership at the top. Staff members operate out of fear and paranoia. HR refuses to address this issue.

- Lots of opportunity to gain experience within the fulfillment field - Lots of opportunity to gain experience with a wide range of customers

Cons

- Direct Management over the Client Service department does not take into account the well being of the department's employees - Additional tasks are assigned that are not part of the job description which are not fully related to the position -Pay and position growth opportunities are flat, many management positions have long tenured career employees who mostly will keep their positions until they retire

Very mundane, inflexible, confusing instructions, lack of proper training, have to transcribe and decode what presenters with heavy accents and muffled speeches say and put it together into a presentation-more like solving a puzzle with missing pieces instead of actual copy editing,
