      Awful experience, such a shame

      Pros

      Attempting to bring some ‘perks’ back and make us feel ‘valued’ but theyre all very fake. Some nice people.

      Cons

      Horrible feelings amongst staff and no motivation other than fear of loosing our jobs. All we hear is how we arent hitting targets. All complements are backhanded ways of telling us to do more. Senior management parade around expecting us to treat them like royalty, theyre really not nice at all. Parking is terrible and you end up really far away. I would never choose to work here again and cant wait to move.

      Pros

      This was THE company to work for within the industry. Sadly most of the long standing staff have now left, leaving just a handful of knowledgeable loyal staff.

      Cons

      New management (of which there are many) have no idea about the company and the industry they are in. There's a real blame culture and speaking your mind is definitely NOT encouraged. No one takes responsibility anymore and as such the whole company suffers. The workforce has increased massively but only due to the fact of the top heavy management who have shown no improvement to the company's output.

      Colleagues, working 500 miles from head office.

      Cons

      .management rule by fear, old style. CEO no knowledge of what dentists are looking for. An excellent family company torn apart by a CEO who has no idea what the company is all about, such a shame to watch its demise.
