Ample free parking. Courteous staff and clean office space.

Cons

The owner and CEO is EXTREMELY VOLATILE (screaming, slamming doors, etc.). He is disrespectful of his staff. He also has major control issues. Make sure you get all agreements in writing, they tend to change over time.
