Pros

Free lunch, and fully stocked kitchen. 100% 401k match, full healthcare coverage. Really incredible projects with cushy budgets.

Cons

Oh where to begin. First as many others have stated on here, it is horrible pay for round-the-clock hours, and being treated like dirt by upper management. Don't expect to be treated with any kind of respect if you are female. Expect to be chained to your desk and not see your friends/family ever.

Pros

Beautiful projects. Lots of responsibility and learning opportunities.

Cons

Company has run out of money due to incompetence and bad deals. Cannot pay employees. Zero communication from upper management. Would not recommend DDG to anyone looking for a long-term position. Before accepting any offer, be sure to ask lots of questions and get as much information as possible.

I wouldn't recommend working here to my worst enemy

Pros

I made some great friends.

Cons

Zero work/life balance, zero praise given to employees, zero respect from management. The company is crumbling and you're expected to sacrifice any life outside of work to cater to management's every need. The benefits they once had (free lunch, gym discounts, lavish holiday parties, etc.) have slowly gone away because they do bad business and can't afford to reward or encourage their employees. If you're promised a raise or bonus, don't expect to ever see that money without getting a lawyer involved. This is a toxic work environment and not worth the constant berating from the C-level executives.
