The work environment is nice. People being given freedom to express themselves and share new ideas. Peers and managers are very approachable and helping. One can get very good exposure to different deliverables and opportunities. Small teams so good learning scope. Management and team leaders are considerate of genuine issues and try to help at their best.

Work from home option and flexible work timings are not yet part of the company policies.

Hello Friends! I am working with DDReg since 15 months. I was appointed to handle work for EM Markets for one most leading pharmaceutical client. I did use my earlier experience to make the project successful. However, earlier experience was not enough to serve DDReg’s projects. The management helped me a lot to excel my knowledge personally as well as professionally. The management always believes in continues improvement of their employee and for same they do internal and external program/technical sessions. After few months of joining, I got opportunity to work on Biosimilars, filling for EU/UK markets and some additional responsibilities. I love to learn and excel myself as I can. Thanks DDReg Management for your support! One who really want to make his/her carrier, I would suggest to join DDReg, if get opportunity.

Good place to work and learn. If you are experienced person definitely you feel the difference in terms quality of work, technical learning, multi tasking, team management etc and it will be an added advantage in career. There are multiple markets for regulatory like US, EUROPE, UK, ROW, SAUDI ARABIA etc. Technical and regulatory knowledge is a blend that rarely seen together, but here in DD REG this is best thing I seen. Regulatory scope is wider here, filings happen for variety of products like tablets, capsules, injectables, bio similar products, suspensions, ophthalmics. Other benefits are like mediclaim, maternity leave, lunch etc..
