      Won't recommend their Indian company

      Pros

      Pro is that the Indian company is in JV with the German company.

      Cons

      The cons are based on my experience in working with the Indian company of DECIX. - Long working hours - Irregular Salaries and lesser than industry standard (and they keep holding your variables and delay it for months) - No work life balance - No training provided to the new joiners - Even when you leave the company, your FNF would be denied. - You will be made to serve notice period for minimum five months unofficially and then the official three months is there. - The HR team that handles Indian team, has no idea and no say in internal issues and escalations.

      Pros

      So far, everyone I've met has been very friendly to me. Everything is proceeding in a very systematic way, which is great. I've attended large events where the CEO and a technical manager were speakers. The speakers were acting like stand-up comedians; their energy levels were very high.

      Cons

      Each department has its own checklist for what needs to be done when newcomer starting a job, but I think newcomers should also have a comprehensive checklist. Some things can be forgotten
