Company runs on threats , lies and intimidations. There nothing but inconsistencies in policy, and rules are changing every day. Magna's "open door policy" has made Deco a revolving door. People are let go weekly. Constant management changes(firing/hiring) There is complete lack of respect from management and they make you feel like a complete burden if you ask questions. Human resources do not stand behind employees who are trying to advance withing the company. Moral is very low.

Management is unqualified to lead personal and their consistency within how they handle their subordinates are a direct indication of same. Results, low motivation and high levels of turnover despite paying $24 Dollars an hour or more.
