Communication is poor - Calls, emails, IMs, and simply approaching someone is frowned upon and can lose you your job. They endorse the whole "one team" idea, but what they mean by one team is that only one team of people is given praise, opportunity, and respect. They move people frequently and rarely invest in employees. They hire and fire often and at will. Unless you are part of the "one team" then your opinions do not matter and you are micro managed. At first, the leads come off as extremely nice and the whole environment is welcoming, give it a few months and that will change. In short, cons - poor communication, upper management is oblivious, mid management likes to sweep under rug or get rid of employees who go looking under that rug, leads / supervisors are full of themselves and don't have the ability to make positive changes, attempting to do your job any other way will result in your termination, no one is safe....the list literally goes on and on.
