1. Most employees agree that the owner is a difficult person to work with. He is quite aggressive when things don't go his way and often uses profanity.
2. Fortnightly salary is often late, especially since the owners Executive Assistance left (due to dispute with the owner)
3. Staff have reported that their Superannuation has not been paid in the past and Fair Work intervention was required.
4. Employee turnover is very high (more than 80% of staff left the business within 12-month period).
5. Most managers left including the previous CEO due to conflict with the owner and poor working conditions.
6. No structure, no training, no employee retention, false promises by the owner, staff are underpaid.
7. Lots of customer complaints about staff turnover and poor service. Lost many cutometers and continuing to lose more...
8. Delv is an Optus partner, and the owner's reputation has diminished with Optus staff. As a result, Optus staff are refusing to work with Delv due to the poor management of their customers and the false promises from Delv.
9. Staff expenses does not get paid unless you ask multiple times.
10. Staff motivation and team moral at an all-time low.
11. All but 1 sales staff have resigned or been made redundant. Sales complain that they were never paid commission.
12. Due to a major decline in the business the Sydney office has shut down and the staff have been let go.
13. Poor business structure.
14. The business lies to Optus and their customers about Delv's capabilities and underdeliver to most customers.
15. Most customers have been placed on Service Improvement Plans due to the extremely poor service they have been receiving from Delv.
During my time at Delv, Staff had engaged Fair Work a number of times due to pay violations from the business. It is a not an ideal environment and do not recommend anyone to work here.
