      Pros

      One of the standout positives of working here is the diversity in the work itself. You’re constantly exposed to different challenges, teams, and perspectives, which makes the experience dynamic and enriching. There’s also a strong sense of harmony within the workplace—people collaborate well, and the overall environment is respectful and supportive.

      Cons

      one downside is that the onboarding process can feel quite solitary. New hires are expected to navigate many things on their own, which can be overwhelming at first. A more structured onboarding experience would make a big difference in helping new team members feel confident and integrated early on.
