Cooperative, experienced, skilled teams and good opportunity to learn and upgrade the skill.

Cons

There is a 6-month probation period, and during probation no paid leaves are provided for any reason. Office entry time is fixed, but exit time is flexible and depends on the workload. If there is more work or something needs to be finished the same day, employees may have to stay until late at night.
