The only positive thing I can say is that I liked most of the people I worked with. Not the company or managers/directors in place.

Cons

I would not suggest anyone apply. They do not look at why moral is so bad and even if they do, they don't care. Bottom line, they will work you to exhaustion and expect you to be happy that you're being abused.

Pros

Co workers are very friendly and know their jobs and perform them at a high level. People are mostly friendly and helpful.

Cons

Upper Management is only worried about fattening up their pockets. To get any sort of raise you need to find a job and give notice. Then they will try to work with you. For me that is to late! I just want to be fairly compensated for the Job I do.
