You Don't Matter.

Pros

You'll be treated like gold the first few weeks of employment. You can easily negotiate offers. Bargain for more PTO.

Cons

You're just a butt in a seat. You'll be forced to work for people you won't respect, headed by a phony, money hungry CEO. The Senior leaders are a complete joke!! They think the sun rises and sets on them but they're just bags of hot air. You'll be stretched to fit on proposal teams that won't win and when your team loses, you'll be out on the street. DHA has a horrible reputation for terminating great employees with no notice and no cause. Do yourself a favor and do not work here!!

It is rare that you encounter an organization where the leadership team knows everything there is to know about everything. If you don't believe this is the case at DHA, just ask them.

I honestly can not come up with any pros about DHA anymore. I used to enjoy my job, but it has changed radically in the past year.

Cons

Too many cons to list them all. The CEO needs to rely on input from others besides his trusted cronies.
