Management is not at all aware of what is happening on the ground. You need to work on weekends and also after office hours. No team members is going to support you. It's work culture Is worst 😭 Manager is also processing the FDA.

Very political mgmt as recently only those PPL have got the promotion who are either close to the Boss or of his community (Upper mgmt should have a close check while approving promotions of any employee) as promotions shud be based on reports, hardwork with results, employee behavr etc. which will help co. to grow. - Many employees who are actually top performer in their respective teams still hav not got any promotion or any good hike basis reports. On another side...candidate with low performnc or less input has got promoted ..this is surely the most imptnt point why candidates leaves diabos early. - Upper mgmt is in big fault for not keeping close monitoring on what is happening in the co. Recently many complaints has been raised only against 1 person but still waiting for any action. - Sr. Manager is doing the job wch Executive or Sr. Executive is dng n on another side AOM is doing only report making job jst bcoz he is close to the Boss. This is one eg. and there r many more. - QC team and query follow up team does the pathetic job here. QC team also rejects the file even for a typo spelling mistake and for very silly reasons which ultimately creates pressure of the processing staff. Their thinking is to provide dot accuracy to the operator bt infact optr does not invest time in checking spellings. So few things happening are really illogical. Query follow up team does not know what is their actual task is and they jst working like postman ..forwarding emails to A to B n B to A ...clearly a knowledge gap of shipping Top performers are not retained but PPL with low performnc are tried hard to retained as they r close to the Boss. Candidates r hired not basis on their qualification n experience bt mainly if they are of one community. Not even paid well. Weekend working, extended working hours is considered as an achievement
