      Great compensation and culture, but cliquey

      Great Compensation RRSP match contribution As a whole the company was progressive Work culture and people were great

      Cons

      Different departments are very cliquey, engineering feels like a whole separate company. Arms reach collaboration between discipline can be aggressive with project timelines to please clients. Career progression wasn't very clear.
