- Proud of full transparency as a company, which doesn't exist often in today's tech companies - Opportunity to be multi-disciplinary in work - Strong and clear paths for positive career trajectory - Exciting company environment - Cares about their employees - Strong & capable leadership
Cons
- The company is well into start-up mode, which means each person wears multiple hats and works long hours - might not be for everyone - Company is creating something that doesn't exist in the market yet - can be scary for some people

+ Uber smart, driven, focused, enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced team + Great surgical corporate focus and goals - 1M patients in 5 years and a clear plan to get there. + Epitome of "innovation" + Extremely disruptive product solution + Small company team where the employee matters + Ability to influence not only the product, but also the corporate buildout. The entire company is focused on not allowing toxic, bureaucratic corporate practices from ever entering the culture. + Very transparent virtual working environment.
Cons
+ Early stage company in build out mode. May not be the environment for everyone. + Unproven production product. + Long hours.
