It’s a money game and it seems like they like to shake up roles often when sales are down

Nepotism, Fraud, criminal networked teams, theft of personal belongings, compromised personal information through HR, lack of accountability, immigration cash cow culture, poor management, falsified documentation to facilitate narratives and quality standards, fraudulent CCOHS documentation, harassment, career damaging, list goes on and on

Lack of accountability. Fraud both in documentation and product quality, harassment from top down employers, Fake culture initiatives, CCOHS fraud and false documentation, Lack of an HR department, lack of role structure and supports, Pocket lining corporate culture, lack of transparency between employees and employers. Immigration cash cow culture, Lack of local Alberta talent, Key members of management team providing details of business to competitors, Key management overlooking favoritism and endorsing corrupt business practices. Zero corrective actions. Lack of integrity by individuals in management.

no sales strategy, poor sales leadership, little to no support of the sales organization, very little selling resources (presentations, pricing support, budgeting support, materials etc) every man for himself mentality. sales leadership not trusted by the sales organization. sales organization not valued by sales managers. not an inclusive culture. very cliquey.

Rather toxic work culture. Cooperation is discouraged as you are expected to succeed or fail alone. Looking busy is rewarded more than producing value, because it's easier to measure at a glance and no one really wants to make the effort to check if it was done right.

Movement really depends on your manager. Some of them are very focused on building themselves rather then building up the team around them. There was a bit of a boys club mentality, that was getting better, but still very much there. Employees crossed the line of profesionallism often.

no leadership or strategy. management has no industry experience and lacks training. DIRTT has no culture or values, just shooting from the hip. management is on self preservation mode and not addressing the low moral problem.
