      Culture's great. The people in my team are great, some of the best people to work with.

      Cons

      Does the bare minimum when it comes to benefits and appraisals. Pay doesn't match the market standard. You will be constantly reminded that you belong to a different region if you're in a global team when it comes to handing out benefits and bonuses. DISCO boasts about recognizing talent but when it comes to making the same talent stay, they will disrespect you with the lowest raise possible. The SLT constantly penny-pinches its way out of every sticky situation, my team has raised multiple issues with us being underpaid and not being given proper benefits when compared to market standards, and obviously there aren't improvements.

      2 days work from office.

      Cons

      Despite the change in leadership, nothing has improved under the new CEO. The senior leadership team remains ineffective, creating intense pressure at the top that trickles down to individual employees. Micromanagement is at its peak, leading to a toxic work environment with poor culture and little to no job security. Employees are expected to work overtime, and those who don’t comply may find themselves targeted. Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and warning emails are frequently used as a means of pressure rather than genuine performance enhancement.
