Pros

The only thing this company have is a good brand name, nice office, and nice people to work with. And all goodness ends here.

Cons

Disclaimer: After reading this you will think over hundred times whether to work or not in DMI. 1. Worst HR policies Growth/Onsite/Appraisals at whims and fancies of Directors Fear Driven Atmosphere. People are treated as plain resources with no mentorship, respect or support. Will be bullied if you are late, you get nothing out of your hard work, No appreciation, and real appreciation goes for some fat r*a*t*s(Leads) who proclaims project success because of their Hard work(which they actually never do) Management Promises comp-off if you work extra (which you have to do if you are given unrealistic deadlines on targets), and declines them when you ask for it. 2. No respect whatsoever for people who actually build the products/softwares. People are treated worse than use-and-throw paper cups. Actually sh!t Some people have been fired with immediate effect. This causes mental trauma besides the obvious financial, time and efforts lost in vain suddenly not just to the individual but to her/his entire family! This can never be compensated for. 3. After you resign, they never leave you before notice period ends (which generally is 2 months) even if project doesn't have any dependency on you. No buy out option. Even if you decided to move on, don't expect any respite . 4. Dirty politics, some people who have long tongues become official secret spying agents for management 5. Recruit people with one purpose and ask them to do completely unrelated work in software/designs, almost to the extent of lying and misguiding people during interviews 6. No long term growth policy for company or employees and no learning. Too bureaucratic for a company pretending to be a market leader, lot of pretense, false posturing. You wont see the same people if you visit the company twice with a gap of say 3-4 months between your visits (Worst Attrition ever! Ever!!!) 7. Recruits hoards and hoards of interns to get work done for free without value-addition to their experience 8. The company will make you come into office as early as possible for daily standup meetings (which would be mandated by the Director to listen to his useless sh!tty speech ) 9. Not to mention you have to work on Saturday and Sunday in order to avoid Missing the Deadlines set by managers. 10. No secure cabs for woman employees. Sometime woman employees are pressurized to work late( due to client given deadline) and woman employees generally go home late night in locally hired cabs without Security Guards. That said, be warned that the company writes fake positive reviews to offset the huge volume of negative reviews so read them with caution before you make a huge mistake

Pros

New office workplace is pleasing and attractive. They pay you almost as much salary as you demand

Cons

Management and leadership is very bad. They do not treat employees fairly. Do not even listen to their employees views. Just believe in forcing their decisions on employees. They first hire people for their needs , confirm their probation and then just after probation, do an optimization process and do layoffs at huge scale. Instead of optimization , they can lay off the employee during probation period itself. It shows they lack decision making capability. They just hire employees and assign to any technology irrespective of your talent , interest and skill set. If you rebel about it, you will be called unethical in behavior. Management has poor listening and decision making skills. They do not even encourage their employees to work. President of India office himself says to his employees 'I know you cannot do it' . They always say you cannot do a job and make u feel that they are everything. Lot of ego and attitude they have. Negative workplace environment is created inside the company. No employees growth. No onsite opportunities. Salary is also not paid on time. No infrastructure and processes in place they have. Old methods & techniques of working even though company is doing the work in today's mobile world. If you a talented person, do not join this company. HR is also not available to hear your issues.

Pros

1. Salary on time 2. Flexible timing

Cons

1. Bad and immature management. 2. Software development process is worst here. 3. Lot of politics played here. PM is the main culprit here. 4. There are no projects to work on. 5. There is no any growth for technology and career perspective. 6. There is no any learning curve. 7. Employees are treated like slaves/machines and should work at-least 12 hrs a day and also on weekends on regular basis. 8. They have HIRE and FIRE policy which in turn ruins the employee's life personally and professionally. 9. Inhuman company 10. HR department is the most illiterate and is one kind of joke. 11. Lot of micro management done by the pm
