Pros
Work week is awesome. Monday- Friday in a restaurant? Unheard of. That's about it. Pay is awesome, but not worth the hassle of working here.
Cons
The owner is incredibly difficult to work with. He's a rich guy who just wants to do the fun things, and watch out if you have a different opinion from him. No one is as credible as he is, in his opinion. He'll constantly reference his dad's company and why that makes him an expert. They will also only ever have 2 managers hired, so if someone is on PTO, you're opening and closing. Kinda awful. Overall one of the worst experiences of my life.
