Pros

Good people to work with

Cons

This company is the least organized and least prepared company to work for. It starts at the top with people running the company that have no clue. In a national emergency (coronavirus) they are making employees still come into the office, even though it has been said by THE PRESIDENT there should be no gatherings over ten people. They can not figure out a simple solution to let people work from home. They are to cheap to buy a program/ laptops for people to work at home so "adapters", that they waited till a national emergency was declared to order, are required to bring our land lines home to work. Instructions on how to connect PERSONAL computers to the system were sent out and after that no instructions on how to set anything up. Terrible planning, terrible ethics, terrible way to handle a NATIONAL EMERGENCY that could possibly take lives.

We are proud to say there were no layoffs or furloughs, all DMS Employees actively worked throughout this pandemic. You are correct. The people at DMS are very good people to work with. We are extremely proud of our team.
