There isn't much integrity on the management side of this company. Proposed bonuses were never followed up on. Promised promotions were never given. Also lots of negativity.
You are basically on call 365 days a year with a high probability of not getting called at all. So there are no Pros

Worst intermodal company I ever worked for. Staff and management don't respect the truck owners or there equipment. A whole lot of forced dispatch as well. Please if you see this company 🏃♀️ 🏃🏾♂️ 🏃♀️ 🏃🏾♂️ run
