      A really great design firm

      Pros

      DOXA/VANTAGE, now called after a recent merger with another company, encourages high-quality work and great communication. Even though I work remotely, I still feel part of a solid team. I love the clients and the work. An atmosphere of creativity and collaboration is encouraged.

      Cons

      I have recently had a baby and my living expenses have gone up. I asked for a raise and got one, but I still feel it is not enough. I don't think I will make sufficient money if I continue to work here.

      Exceptional Support While Working From Home!

      Pros

      - Exceptional support is given right off the bat! (They provide you with all the tools needed to start working from home i.e. laptop, keyboard, mouse, headphones) - Great week-long training process to build confidence before you land your first client - Follows PH Holidays so you'll never have to feel left out when your family/friends go out on a trip - HMO benefits from Day 1 - Very competitive starting salary - Support is still there even after starting with your client

      Cons

      - Only existing office in the PH is in Manila, which makes it harder for employees in the provinces to go to if/when needed

      DISMISSAL DON'T HAVE DUE PROCESS

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, Team Leaders and Ops are a little inexperience.

      Cons

      Doxa does not have a due process in dismissing employee. They only base on clients feedback. They do not listen and evaluate what ia exactly happening between employee and client. Leaving the employee behind and terminating them immediately.
