      This is a small agency so you get to work on a variety of different projects and the people are friendly and hard working.

      Cons

      There isn't much growth opportunity in the project management field.

      Pros

      Most people here are genuinely nice and hard working!There are a few cool perks such as work parties, summer bbqs and morning bagels.

      Cons

      There is a huge gap in communication across all parts of the agency. Because of this, projects become disorganized quickly and job role lines are being crossed.

      Pros

      Open work environment and small daily perks for employees, such as free snacks and drinks. A laidback atmosphere with casual dress code.

      Cons

      Could not supply propper equioment for new employees for extended period of time but expected high productivity. Many useless meetings to discuss nothing. Management had no idea about new project development. Management used passive threats when they wanted more work done.
