Your coworkers will get you through the day. They offer appropriate praise and help you grow.

Cons

Management insults employees and degrades their work. He is clearly (though he denies it) misogynistic and obviously holds his female employees to a different standard. When confronted, he is defensive and does not attempt to make the workplace more comfortable or positive.

I enjoyed the coworkers I worked with at the lower levels

Cons

I do not recommend anyone pursue a role at this company, especially if you are a woman. It will be a waste of time. Leadership is disrespectful, unprofessional and unorganized. Turnover is extremely high.
