      Offices are located in Mt Lebanon and Cranberry. Employment is stable when compared to the industry.

      Cons

      Management is rigid in their thinking. One person in particular rules with an iron fist. Harsh public criticism for the sake of criticism is an everyday occurrence. There are limited opportunities for advancement. Employees are typecast into their roles and are often payed less than the new employees with less experience. Overall low pay and bonuses.

      Pros

      Younger leadership is taking place of retired guys. Lots of changes have been made trying to improve overall. Several new young people mixed with long term people. Nice relaxed atmosphere. People all like each other and socialize together. Firm gives bonuses every year, pays overtime and pay rates have gone up significantly. Good opportunity for designers looking to do all aspects of their projects. Projects are healthcare and educational mostly and they have been doing it for a long time. Not a high pressure place and some really talented people.

      Cons

      They do not have different levels to be promoted to so its hard to see future if your not a partner type. The new leaders are making changes quickly and communication could be better. Projects are healthcare and educational mostly and its hard to find staff with experience to help managers.
