I worked for DS-IQ about 10 years ago (in the early stages) and returned about six months ago. When the opportunity arose it was an easy decision because I had such a great experience with DS-IQ the first time.
I've been challenged more and learned more new technologies since I've returned than in the 10 prior years. While everyone is super busy they are supportive of each other, help each other out when needed, and pull together as a team.
The management team is very caring and interested in the well being of their employees.
Cons
Lots of people with deep big company experience, but doesn't have a big company feel. You are expected to step up and do what is needed when it is needed. It may not be in your comfort zone if you want to be slotted in with existing skills and coast.
Really great people. The best work environment I have been as people are very nice and always willing to help.
Very technical Director, Managers and Leads as they are developers too which is a HUGE plus.
Very positive management.
Profitable company without debt or/any venture capital.
Cons
They are concentrated on only one customer which is a bit risky.
The business side need to be more innovative.
