Pros

nothing to say. more cons than pros

Cons

Don't join this company.... the salary paid is below market level of Standards. The timing mentioned is 10 am to 7:00 PM..however, you have to work for 14 hours per day excluding breaks....no food, no transportation, no monetary benefits. You have to work 44 hours per week......if you do achieve the 44 hours per week...salary will be deducted... also there is no work from Home options.... Not a good place to work for Women if you have kids....then forget your kids and be in office forget you Work life balance. ......The Management is not supportive any means.....there is no non monetary benefits.....think many times.. before joining this company.....

Pros

Scope to learn end to end process.

Cons

It's not possible to describe in words, how worst this company is. In every cases you felt like a animal. Mental torture is a very common thing. No one can understand your personal problem. You should be work for and above 60 hours unofficially in a week also no one can understand even you are alive or dead like even you're dying you've to finish your work no matter how you complete this. In this company all higher management people use you for their personal growth and they have only good relation with your work not with you. I don't recommand this company at all. If you're going to join this company so please create a mindset that you're entering in a Zoo and you trat like a animal not a human being.
