Cons

Incompetent managers who magically still retain their role despite complaints from tech workers. Fake leaders. Demotivated zombies everywhere

good exercise for your mental health (fluctuation) lots of team building people are ok

1. Some items in the job offer are not met - bonus stated in the job offer is not given - they say you can choose your device but when you get there you just need to get what they provide. - holiday work, work during leave 2. No SOP and manuals - you get to do everything on your own 3. No proper training plan- they will just tell you what to do and then do it. 4. Operations- expect tight deadlines, they will look for someone to blame if delayed. I've been in ops before but the team leads will also be accountable for your mistakes so you take the learning journey together. This is due to the maker checker rule. 5. Given number 3 and 4, you will commit mistakes and they will take that against you on the performance review and on your prob period with no room for explanation and defense. 6. No compassion. you will not be given a chance for an adjustment period so they will expect you to make a difference even on your first months if not, they'll just dump you. 7. Always changing management. so think twice.

Flexible when it comes to leave requests

Cons

No career growth opportunities. Bonus was given during the first two or three years, but recently the company hasn’t been reaching the company goal, so there’s no bonus anymore. Leadership changes frequently, which affects consistency and slows down improvements.
