Most of the people are really nice! They are the reason why I am still here. The company is middle sized but the diversity is amazing.

Autonomous and good training ground on your emotion.
Cons
a. Fire fight every day. b. No ownership, very lost with chief requirement, no planning but on demand. c. Too focus on kpi but lose views on operations. d. People are very demoralized, no rewards or recognition for my hard work, monies only to people who talks the same language with them.
