Love or Hate relationship

Pros

Freedom to work on a variety of projects, hours are not too long, mgmt knows their stuff. Employees are generally respectful towards one another.

Cons

Everyday stuff keeps piling up without resolution, plumbing and electrical trades are lacking in manpower. Higher ups sometimes assume too much from staff

Pros

Pay is good and coworkers are nice. I like the activities outside of work.

Cons

The insurance is bad. Not always enough time to finish projects because managers assign tasks at last second. Its a revolving door because of waves of firing that don't always make sense, and alot of people leave on their own because they are afraid.
