      Pros

      Good marketing strategies. Good product range and brand acceptability. Proper and timely trainings given to team.

      Cons

      A lot of internal politics. You will be embarrassed in front of juniors. No question is answered but it gives two more questions which need to be answered. No work life balance. Management believes in sitting late night and working on weekends.

      The increment could be bit awesome for those who are their boss lickers. The increment criteria in 2016-17 was( total 5 grades) : A+ : 12% + extra 5% if promoted A : 10% + extra 3% if promoted B : 9% + extra 2% if promoted C : 6% ( No promotions) D : 3-4 % depending on scale ( No promotions) Now the catch in this above criteria is that max people will get B band and if you are getting continuous B grade, then you'll be promoted in 4 years. If continous A, then promotion in 3 years and so on.

      Cons

      This increment criteria is perfect for the lickers and plant head of Daikin decides final grades for factory. For head office, it's another Japanese sitting there in gurgaon. One more thing. This company fires too by giving pink slips. So please join accordingly. All the managers are illiterate there. This company works only because of the people working down the lane. The managers here are less qualified than their juniors.
