- An incredibly talented team of journalists and mentors that helped improve my journalism, storytelling, and gave me opportunities to own different projects. - Fantastic office culture. - I truly felt like I was making an impact with my work. - The company and my colleagues felt inclusive and overall always encouraged my success. - Really appreciated working with management as well as different leaders within the company. - Despite the fast pace of journalism, they did everything they could to prioritize work-life balance.

Cons

- While the team saw some challenges due to changing leadership positions and the COVID-19 pandemic, I have no real cons around the company and overall had a fantastic experience.
