Pros

The work pressure is fine on most days.

Cons

- The company depends on the CEO's mood. - Micromanagement from the CEO - Bare minimum leaves. Take approval from CEO - No Job security. You can be fired anytime - No Perks whatsoever. No team lunches, insurance, appreciation, food, any fun activity in office. just 2 parties in an year. - No WFH. Plead for it and then you'll get for 1-2 days Overall it feels like you are working on a day-to-day basis and not like a full-time employee. It's like an Employee's last org.

Pros

No Hierarchy Family Business Close-knit seating arrangement Too far from city noises HR is never around A GREAT STEPPING STONE

Cons

You enter DailyObjects starry eyed, because of their premium looking website and products on display- DON'T BE FOOLED. The website is a rip-off of several other actually premium brands and the products are anything but original. You come here to kill your creativity, and originality. The family-run business has a lot of family members heading arbitrary departments and rejecting stuff on whims and not logic- here feedback is not in the dictionary, expect something on the lines of "doesn't seem quiet right" without any explanations as to what doesn't seem right. The bosses care for monthly sales, which only selfish, miser, vision-less leaders do. They care on adding new orders, not caring a whole lot about what happened to the ones previously placed. That doesn't just says about how they treat their customers, it is a representation of their treatment of their employees as well. There is no work life balance unless you forcefully make one for yourself, no benefits/bonuses/appraisals (because how can an 8 year old start-up have a management in place). On that note, on time salaries are a hoax- if you are new, you get salaries on relatively acceptable time (by 15th of the next month) for first three months. After three months you start to get into the grooves of the dailyobjects and you expect the slight delay, but it will *only get worse*. I might sound like an aggrieved employee, I AM. I could have raised these issues with the HR but they are never reachable (works REMOTELY, pun intended).

Pros

Peaceful work environment, nice office space, co-workers are very collaborative.

Cons

Company is growing at a very good pace, so environment can be competitive but in a way it helps your growth and increase capabilities.
