      Free coffee and the location

      Cons

      A truly toxic poisonous little place. Underqualified misfits are now running the place and the hateful atmosphere they have fostered is coming back to bite them. The ego maniac the angry soul and the narcissist should all be out of a job. Luckily for them the parent company aren't interested enough to do anything about it.

      Some talented and fun people work here and the office has a great location.

      Cons

      Management is always at odds with itself and priorities shift daily. Very disorganized and unprofessional behavior here. Bad teamwork overall and no support from management.

      The team has lots of passion and drive to excel. The company is experiencing strong growth and provides a lot of opportunities to learn and excel . Management is supportive, transparent and provides clear goals for each team member that are developed collaboratively.

      The benefits are sub par with high deductibles and co pays.
