Company focuses on hiring people with no recruitment experience, which is great because it gives you the opportunity to requalify and become a "Recruiter" with no effort needed! You are very young and you'll be working only with very young people, including management. At this stage not many understands the industry so it's a perfect scenario for the company to take advantage of the unawares. An experienced recruiter would never consciously accept the work conditions Daksta offers.
Cons
There is nothing positive about this company, I lasted 1 month and it was a month too long. I fully agree with the 1st review that was posted here, the other ones are obviously written by the owners. I personally witnessed them discussing and doing it. Well, if you have no other way to improve your outlook, you have to manipulate the facts.
