      Fun coworkers but poor work culture and long hours

      Liked some of the people I worked with and during the match was fun

      Cons

      - no overtime pay for salary workers but will ask you to work almost 12 hour days during the weekend for pointless events - one thing is said and its always the opposite right after -unorganized - work culture sucks/ no work life balance

      No leadership and leadership only cares about themselves They do not care about you Unorganized No HR No Employee Handbook Lie about promotions Benefits are bad Hours are bad No culture and no structure Retention rate is horrible

      There are not a lot.

      Cons

      Extremely unorganized, everyday is putting out fires everywhere, no leadership, no onboarding, no HR. Please avoid at all costs, you don't get paid enough and the hours are terrible.
