1.Free breakfast, lunch and a/c bus/tempo 2.No pros in the work aspect 3.Some people who have experience in steel plant have sound technical knowledge but are underpaid

Cons

1.Textbook Nepotism 2.No growth 3.No proper hike(3-5% maybe) 4.No respect to qualification or experience 5.No promotion 6.Can learn but being a niche sector not much companies to move around (will become stagnant) 7.Long working hours including Saturday for shop floor people which is not at all necessary if they do perfect work in the weekdays 8.Incoming materials are of bad quality become of favouring known companies etc

Unlimited Tea/ coffee without money from CTC

Cons

No standard/ benchmark for salary, incompetent boss/ seniors, long working hours, during release they not paid Superannuation as per appointment, political game plan from senior level to junior, No HR at kolkata office, HODs are double standard. HR person are not capable to calculate the release date i.e . incompetent, Policies are not published.
