Design of Level 1 Automation Systems Development of automation systems technical documentation Development of PLC automation system (Hardware & Software) Development of Operator Workstations and Operator Interfaces Commissioning of Level 1 Automation Systems Design the process control SW of metal working plants in compliance with company standards and with contractual requirements (functions, performance, budget limits, etc.). • Development of the functional specifications to be discussed with the mechanical engineers, in order to confirm the plant functionality. • Development of the SW basic documentation, such as SW project specifications, landef (local area network definition), etc. • Take part in meetings with customers to explain and agree on the project details. • Design and drawing up of the machine and plant control SW by using the development tools specially provided (e.g. Siemens Step 7, Siemens TIA Portal, Codesys, etc). • Development of the plant machine technological controllers with the related simulation of operation and performances. • Management of the interfaces with other processes or machines with automation system made by other suppliers. • Test the project through a process simulation. • Development of operator and use and maintenance manuals. • Commissioning of projects with advanced or innovative technological functionalities.
Cons
• Degree in Electronic / Automation / Mechatronics • Windows • Microsoft Office • PLC Programming Languages (Siemens Step7, TIA Portal, Codesys) • Knowledge of Scada systems (WINCC, Intouch) • Knowledge of drives systems (Siemens, ABB, etc.) • Good English (Spoken and Written) • Availability to travel and spend part of the year in commissioning abroad. • Problem solving ability. • Great attention to detail • Ability to work with others and under pressure • Willingness to travel both in Vietnam and abroad.
