      Great family company for people who love to own their job and enjoy working hard

      Pros

      Fast growing company with a lot of opportunity for good people. Everyone has a lot of freedom to really "own" their job, everyone cares deeply for each other, and everyone watches each other's back.

      Cons

      The company is still growing so they don't have everything figured out yet. The systems and process are still being developed so it can easy to get lost for people who prefer simplicity.

      Dash In is a great place to work! Excellent leadership that puts the employee first. Dash in continues to expand in store count through strategic growth which opens many opportunities to advance in your career.

      Pros

      I learned a lot about customer service during my time there. The store was clean and the other employees were friendly. Most days the customers who came in were in good moods and easy to help. Our manager was flexible with my schedule and understood when I needed to be off.

      Cons

      No real complaints, it was a good place to work.
