      Massive cold-quitting. Bad Training and behavioral issues between the manager and the team. No smooth communication.

      You could learn to be a politician. Late night work.

      Cons

      Did not disclose late night 2am shifts. Does not pay for night shift. No growth. Company is small , revenue is decreasing. Company trying to shift tech work to India, but it is not happening due to politics in US.
