Nothing great about this employer. I would strongly refrain from joining them. I have at least 20 current and ex-employees of DataConcepts whom have went through mental harassment and agony while working with them. They dont provide salary raise, treat employee like slave. Owner says their employees are like Dogs whom you show bones and they will wage their tail. As long as their consultant are on the paid contract they will treat them OK, however even while their consultants are on contracts, the owner of this company will spy on them, doesnt allow employees to keep their profile active on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and of course job sites. Please interview their current and ex-employees before you join them. There are plenty of decent employers in Richmond to join

This company's only focus is money, I witnessed immoral and unethical be behavior by the recruiters and the owners. Changing and adding information on people's resumes without the person knowing, lying to candidates about the rate in order to get the highest bill rate.
