Pros

Awesome coworkers (Specifically the storefronts.) Good entry level job into Information Technology Decent scripting tools Good work life balance for the most part. Didn't have a terrible time working here, but I didn't feel comfortable or valued either.

Cons

Average pay coupled with pretty bad benefits If you're a technician, 75% of your job is retail sales. Some of the worst micromanagement I've ever experienced. (Monitored phone calls on the daily, group meetings for hours after your shift to listen to passive aggressive threats of unemployment if you don't make sales.) Shady business practices to pressure customers into buying things they don't need.(Reprimanded if you're up front and honest with any of your customers about pricing) There is literally zero advancement opportunities. Almost no transparency and unapproachable upper management. (HR, Regional Managers, Owners, etc) 20 year old point of sale and inventory systems Some customers are unreasonable/dont understand whats involved in the work. You WILL be blamed by management if they complain regardless of circumstance. Be prepared for the "We're a family" talk when they want you to do more for nothing.

Pros

Little to nothing comes to mind.

Cons

Benefits are minimal and the GM doesn't even use them. If you love being micromanaged to every single detail this job is for you. If you love working with technology that is from 2006 (their POS System) this job is for you. If you fall behind on doing an evaluation and the GM comes in good luck as he will yell at you for not following every rule that they have set up. This job PAYS $16 to start and supposably goes to 19 after a year but I don't see this happening. If you are late for any reason they will let you go, without even asking why you we're late. You should probably just call out instead and claim covid so they can't fire you. There is no Career growth as everyone who works here has been here for 18+ years and those jobs are far and few between.

Pros

None whatsoever. Not worth your effort.

Cons

Management was rude, frustrating and disrespectful. I should've figured that out when they asked me during the interview "What makes you think you should be allowed to work here?"
