Pros

Worked with a handful of capable people. They quickly left though, and so did I.

Cons

This company is a masterclass in dysfunction. It is barely hanging on, but won’t for much longer The CEO is not just unfit to lead—he is the root cause of the toxicity. Abusive, erratic, and deeply insecure, he runs the place like a petty dictatorship. If you speak up, show initiative, or even mildly disagree, you're seen as a threat. Firings are impulsive and personal. The message is clear: loyalty is valued over competence, and obedience over integrity. Salaries are delayed constantly with vague excuses. Meanwhile, absurd spending continues on vanity projects and pointless roles created for favored individuals. There’s no HR, no leadership structure, no accountability. People disappear overnight and no one bothers to explain. If you're looking for stability or growth, look elsewhere. The Pune office has turned into a revolving door. People come in, realize the mess they've entered, and leave quickly. Those who remain either have no options or are part of the inner political circle. There is zero product innovation. The tech stack is outdated, the customer base is shrinking, and yet the leadership remains in denial. Any feedback is met with defensiveness or aggression. Burnout is rampant. Joining this company means choosing stress, chaos, and professional stagnation. Unless you're desperate or completely indifferent to your career, do yourself a favor and walk away.

Pros

None. Nothing. None. There is nothing

Cons

If you are in Pune, you already know how notorious this company is. If you've been living under a rock then it's on you. The only other reason I can think of that you'd want to join this god awful company is that you are grossly incompetent and just want a place where you can ride along through politics. - Hiring and firing is done for fun, they take pleasure in it. - No COO, CFO, CTO and heck not even HR. They have all been fired or they left themselves disgusted - Most of the customers have left. - A culture so toxic that you can't put it in words. - Constant salary delays. They act like they are doing you a favor by paying you at all. - You are expected to be a slave - work non stop, evenings, weekends. You are owned by this cult. - Never ending pressure cooker. People have been worn out in a few months and have left. - A product that has failed in just about every situation you can imagine. At this stage, most potential customers won't use it even if it were free. - The CEO has ....let's just say severe, untreated issues. - Did I mention extreme toxicity? Starting from the very top. - They even implemented a rule last year where no one was allowed to take any leave, even for health emergencies. As I said before, you are worse than a slave here.

Pros

There are no pros here. Only awful things.

Cons

This place is a mess held together by fear and ego. The CEO is openly abusive—humiliates employees in meetings, screams at managers, and changes direction on a whim. No one pushes back because they’re too afraid. The rest of leadership just plays along to stay in his good books no matter how bad things get. Managers force you to work late nights and weekends. Regularly not once in a while. Extra pay? Ha forget about that. Even your regular pay is usually delayed. Everybody keeps speculating when they will be even get paid. Meetings are chaotic rants. You just sit there watching people point fingers at each other. Sometimes there are full fledged screaming matches. People are pressured to write fake positive reviews to cover up the reality. If you're thinking of joining—don’t. Just don’t even think about it.
