      Pros

      Had a somewhat smaller group that worked closely together. Nobody disliked anybody and communication was easy and transparent.

      Cons

      Once bought out by Therapy Brands, employees were let go and nobody was hired to replace the seniors.

      Small Company - Great Promise

      Pros

      At the time the company was small, so many friendships within the groups. Made for an easy going, kind and loving environment. The group I worked with were all great people always making lunch times fun and enjoyable and it was always a fun time at company celebrations no matter how small or big! Great energy!

      Cons

      Bought by a larger Health Care organization (typical "merge" of resources - but was not expecting/wanting that < 4 weeks after joining when I left the last job due to a Major Corp buyout).
